When: Treeclosing window of 11 Jan 2014, or ridealong with any other convenient time to shut bugzilla for a short time.
Duration: ~5 minutes
Plan: migrate bugzilla volume from old filer to new filer in scl3.  Rollback is to revert back to the old volume.
