We now use EXTEND_PAD on XServers where it is exceedingly slow.

It seems like using cairo azure will have regressed the code in PreparePatternForUntiledDrawing. Since there's no EXTEND_NONE support in Azure we end up always using EXTEND_PAD.

The xserver that fixed this came out in 02-Oct-2009.
