When the settings app is launched, the initial page that is displayed is the Wi-Fi settings page.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131216140918
2) Launch Settings app.

Actual:
User is immediately taken to Wi-Fi screen and must back out of it to view settings list.

Expected:
Settings app initially displays settings list page when launched.
