Please make the selection of China a default setting in the Apps Submission process.
(Requested by Wanting (wxiong@mozilla.com) in meeting today.
Severity: normal → enhancement

note if China approval is changing to an opt-out rather than opt-in the messaging in bug 941119 and bug 940114 will need to reflect that (i.e. "your request for China approval was denied" is confusing if you didn't actively request it)
During my tests in mid-December, there was no communication sent to the developer after either approval or rejection. So in the current implementation, there is no messaging to change.
