95166 - Error Message appears right after the splash screen is displayed on latest trunk builds

Using Commercial trunk builds
2001-08-13-09-trunk/ Nt 4.0 and Win 2k
(I don't see this on linux or mac)

I've seen this error couple of days ago but I couldn't
find a bug filed on it. If this is a dupe and/or I have
the wrong component, I apologize in advance.

After installng the trunk builds and right before Netscape splash
screen appears I see 2 different error messages (one for NT 4.0
and other for 2k).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Do a clean uninstall of previous version
2.install latest trunk build (i used recommended install)
3.right after it finishes installing, the logo appears (and before
  profile mgr appears) and then a error message pops up.

Note: I set the component to xpcom since the error message mentions
      the xpcom.dll file
