When flagging an email, the flag appears above the email in the message list view and overlaps the email text. See screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/na1lzf7y42cdkuf/device-2013-12-03-112756.png
Please provide the device/build-id/build source you're using (for this bug and bug 951841). (Gaia hash most prefereable.) A fix recently landed in bug 943103 for these exact problems.

This was seen by multiple UX team members on Hamachi and Helix, on 1.3, the most recent UX bug bash being Dec 2. The last build used would have Hamachi nightly from Dec. 16. Should I ask a few team members to verify the fix on a certain/more recent build? Just let me know which to check on. We all flash daily so it's no trouble. Thanks!
Observed fixed on B2G-1.4.0.0-prerelease.
