STR

1. Insert headphones into your device
2. Open the FM Radio & start playing a station with sound & enable speaker mode
3. Call the phone with speaker mode active
4. When the incoming call is received, deny the call
5. Hit the home button

Expected

The FM Radio should play back the sound out of speaker.

Actual

The FM Radio speaker mode sound will faintly be heard quickly, then no sound plays for a few seconds, and then FM Radio resumes play back.

Awkward UX - it's certainly possible for a user to answer a phone call with speaker mode active. If they return back & hit the home button to go & do something else, they'll be confused why playback stopped for about 5 seconds.

Apparently this reproduces without speaker mode, so this isn't a speaker manager API bug.

The bug reporter is not active on bugzilla. Moreover , I have tried to reproduce the bug and failed to reproduce.
