95213 - incorrect status text "No new messages at server" is shown for a second

if you subscribe to a new newsgroup and select the newsgroup you start download
the headers. If you watch the status bar carefully the status bar first says
"downloading x of x headers" then for a second it says: "There are no new
messages at this server". The last statusbar message is incorrect. There are new
messages. There should be no need to display that statusbar message.

According to bug 130560 this happens every time new headers are downloaded, not
only during the first download after subscription.

sorry for the spam.  making bugzilla reflect reality as I'm not working on these bugs.  filter on FOOBARCHEESE to remove these in bulk.
