on my box for testing against "All"
Trunk: ~ 32s
MSIE11: ~ 21s
Chrome 34: way much slower
That profile is all painting.
Component: General → Graphics
On my laptop, we slightly beat IE10 on every individual test, usually by about 0.1-0.2s. The individual tests are in the 5s range. On the "All" test, we get 21.33s, IE10 gets 22.36.

Maybe this got faster with IE11, but it seems like we're basically the same right now? It's all in painting, and it does look like it's all in d2d/d3d10..
