We will have to contact Vidyo support and do a team viewer session to pull this one. This is another reason to send the recordings to a NAS that we control.

Need to download another file. https://vreplay.mozilla.com/replay/showRecordingExternal.html?key=ehSAWirmRaCONc7 This time I can't even log in. Are the passwords in the Vidyoserver gpg file current? Neither the admin nor super passwords work when pasted into the login dialog.

This is a problem for us who have been saving Vidyo from our meetings and want new members to be able to catch up on the backlog of meetings. You closed it as "WONTFIX" "Need info". What info do you require? I will help debug so that we can get this sorted out. Please reopen.
