To see this, 1) Launch apprunner. 2) Open SideBar and Related Links folder subsequently. 3) Click up/down arrows on scroll bar a few times (or move scroll handle). ==> The related links start to overlap.

Switching Platform to All. On Mac, the links stick together for shorter period. Mac OS 8.6/1999-07-09-08-M8.
