While working on FOTA updates for Buri, as part of bug 935059, I noticed for at least the Inari device that we have a recovery_fstab that should point to device/qcom/inari/recovery.fstab but the file lives in device/qcom/msm7627a/recovery.fstab. The solution in my case is simply to copy the file: I fear the Android makefile are just lacking some sugar to go search this file, and since no one builds recovery from those tree, no one noticed.

My patch works by detecting the presence of this recovery_fstab since it's the standard Android way to define the partitions used at recovery steps. As far as I can say, other devices (Keon, Nexus 4 and Nexus S) are okay.

I suspect Buri/Hamachi might also be faulty here.

This is also happening on Flame device :(.

It makes us unable to produce a FOTA package.
