Details
Thought things are moving along much smoother than last week, I am unfortunately still running into sporadic cases where the tool won't allow me ot re-order apps. I'll keep attaching details and logs as I encounter them.

Thanks, Scott. Krupa filed this earlier this week. Sorry about this. It's an going investigation. Will let you know when we have more details but I hope you'll be fine until next year.
