Description:
The contact export confirmation bar will appear once the file is sent to another device via Bluetooth, before the other user can accept the contact file.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri to Build ID: 20131220004001
2) Connect to another device via Bluetooth.
3) Launch the Contacts app.
4) Add some contacts if there aren't any present.
5) Tap the gear icon, then Export Contacts.
6) Select Bluetooth, tap some contacts or Select All, then tap Export.
7) Select the Bluetooth-connected device.
8) Observe the notification bars that appear once the user is returned to the Export Contacts page.

Actual:
The contact import confirmation bar appears, even though the other device hasn't received the contact file yet.

Expected:
The contact import confirmation bar does not appear yet, but will once the other device accepts and downloads the contact file.

In today's master, you have 2 notifications, one when the transfert is started and one when it's over.
