As discussed here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=918397#c12 we should remove the test once we fully have the old header removed from Gecko entirely.

So after the tests were split in bug 988616, these tests were put in the content/base/test/xcsp directory. Bug 949533 removes the whole directory, so I'm going to dupe this over to that bug since it will fix this.
