Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/sdk/latest/dev-guide/index.html 2. Click any link to open in current tab 3. Scroll down 4. Click "Back" button and then click "Forward" button Actual Results: Scroll position is lost Expected Results: Scroll position should be restored
