952809 - Adjust size of profile picture to match profile content

The page layout for User Profiles on Kuma needs to be improved in a couple of places:-

1. The profile picture needs to resized to better align it vertically with the User Details Texts.
2. The layout for the external links list needs to be changed to an inline layout rather than a vertical list layout to prevent wastage of screen space.

There's been a few changes since this bug was filed. New screenshot attached.

The list of external links is now an inline list, which does preserve vertical space. We've dropped some items from the profile page, which further compresses the area.

The profile image now is dynamically sized based on the screen width, so it lines up at some widths but not at others. However, the content changes based on what a user has submitted, so I'm not sure if there is a global size we should apply to all profiles.
