Details

(Whiteboard: [quality])

STR:
1) load url
2) Click "Change Delay" as few times in the first 10 seconds, and listen to transitions to and from silence.
3) Click "Change Delay" as few times after the first 10 seconds, and listen to transitions to and from different phases in the sine wave.

Expected:
"When the delay time is changed, the implementation must make the
transition smoothly, without introducing noticeable clicks or
glitches to the audio stream."
Something like [2].

Actual:
There are huge frequency shifts and cracks, worse than having a transition time of zero [3].

Mass change P2->P3 to align with new Mozilla triage process.
