Steps to reproduce:

1) Open a new tab 
2) Go to http://www.google.com or any google service using spdy.


Actual results:

The website doesn't load and it just keep showing the loading icon.


Expected results:

Google.com should have loaded.
this is a 2013 report about google.com not loading at all. closing as wfm
