User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131205075310 Steps to reproduce: USing FF 26.0. Loaded a saved session of about 7 pages and 50 tabs thru Session restore addon. Actual results: Initially FF does not attribute much. After some time it runs at nearly >25% of CPU and renders pages and mouse movements difficult. Sometimes in case of attempting to hibernate , the system shuts down... Expected results: The CPU usage should have remained at the basic levels of say 5 `10%
After a hibernated resume , the tabs just hang , and the private bytes of FF soars to more than 1000 mb. A definite problem that needs resolvement, why is it being swept under carpet when many have reported. Have Firefox started taking users for granted...?
The memory usage depends on your page content and your Firefox profile. Please open the 'about:memory' to check, and can upload the 'Measure' result.
