Steps to reproduce:

1) Tapped a text area
2) Began filling in text
3) Switched to character entry mode



Actual results:

The backspace button moves from the upper right to the lower right.


Expected results:

The backspace button would stay in the same place.

On which locale and FxOS version is this? On 1.2 English the backspace button is always in the same space.

I have a ZTE Open, with OPEN_US_DEV_FFOS_V1.0.0801 My language is English (US) and my keyboard is English (Dvorak).
