Firefox leaves a file with ".part" after that the download has failed then retried and succeeded

Details
Firefox 25, Mac.
1. I start a download.
2. At half the download, Firefox tells me that the download has a problem : "the source could not be read".
3. I click the Downloads button, and in the (new) Downloads bubble I click the button Reload for my download.
4. The download goes until the end.
5a. * Expected result : * In the folder, I have my downloaded file.
5b. * Actual result : * In the folder, I have my downloaded file AND a file with half size, with the same name + ".part".
Surely a dupe of bug 866625.
STR needs to interrupt the download, I think.
