Steps to reproduce:

Google Reverse Image Searching: 
Begin to drag an image from the current tab, then hit Ctrl+Tab.


Actual results:

nothing.  The only way to drop the image into a field on another tab is to mouseover that tab while the image is being dragged.


Expected results:

Ctrl+Tab, Ctrl+1, etc should still perform their functions even when an image is being dragged.

Not that I recall.  The 'still' was meant to reference normal (no image being dragged) behavior.

Oh I see yea this happens to me too, when I try and go to google and type in dogs. I try and use your method and it doesn't work.
As to the dragging an image and switching tabs it works fine.
