Steps to reproduce:
- Start many apps with icons or notifications on top panel/bar;
- Open notifications meny;
- Notice that carrier name is overlapping with icons and other notifications/text in top panel;
Actual results:
Carrier name overlapped with other icons
Expected results:
Carrier name should be truncated to not overlapp with other elemnts on panel.

I noticed that in the FxOS v1.2 (git 8441587c3b) my operator name in panel is displayed in a different way. It still does not solve the issue.

This is still present in v1.3 (gaia gaia 0ab8a9c). The names are not trunkated.
