The mozStorage API has changed in bio 416173. GetConnectionReady needs to be called after OpenDatabase.

We need to fix this for 0.1.2 if we want to update XULRunner to 1.9b4 and I think we do.

Just call GetConnectionReady and return an error if the result is false.
