I would like it if you could see you buddy buddy icon in the im window at least with MSN buddy like you do here http://liveside.net/Images/screenshots/yahoo.jpg and support for AIM buddy icons would be nice

Puttint the buddy icon and the account name (own and remote) next to the chat (maybe where the participants list is on IRC chats) could help with the problem of several accounts as well. E.g. having a drop down list on this part of the UI where one could choose which account to write from (in case you have for example a working and a private account on the same protocol).

I think bug 953652 (bio 206) is about this problem.

Just noticed in bug 954042 (bio 606) that [0.3-wanted/nice-to-have/whatever] in the status whiteboard was confusing when the bug was still UNCONFIRMED. Confirming now...

This can still be done between 0.3 beta and final as it doesn't need new localizable strings.

Too late for 1.1 too :-(. I know some twitter users really really want this to distinguish people talking in the timeline.
Given how the Bubble theme is designed, it's unfortunately pretty hard to implement. Help from someone with good HTML/CSS (or maybe even SVG) skills would be appreciated here.
