When hovering elements of the all tabs menu, we should display in the status bar "<display name> - <username>" (currently it displays "<display name>" only).

This instead simply adds the usual tab tooltips to the alltabs-popup menu entries. The status bar is hopefully going to go away soon anyway.

I'm not completely sure we need tooltips here, though consistency would seem to argue in favour?

I vaguely remember that flo was against having tooltips for menu items...

I don't really like menu items having tooltips and I think we don't want to be adding things to the status bar (as we want to get rid of it).

I'm proposing this is WONTFIX.
