Hello Florian Hello everybody,
I'm packaging instantbird for Debian.

It would be nice if there is a LICENSE.txt file in root directory.

At the moment (0.2b1), it is the following:
-----
FOR TRANSLATIONS OF THIS LICENSE INTO SELECTED LANGUAGES, PLEASE VISIT WWW.INSTANTBIRD.ORG/LICENSING.

INSTANTBIRD END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Version 1.0

-----

Could you use it to state actual license that should be what you declare here http://www.instantbird.com/support.html#license

Thanks for your attention
Cheers,
Gabriele

I just pushed a fix for the content of this file: https://hg.instantbird.org/instantbird/rev/fb5ed99f3fbd

After the compilation, this file ends up in the root directory of the application.

Hi Florian, sorry but for "root directory", I meant root directory of source code in order to declare software licenses of all subdirectories (instantbird, purple, mozilla) not only for instantbird directory.

Anyway, at this time it's better than before, without a license file.

FYI, 0.2b1 is waiting for being accepted in "unstable" [1]. Unfortunately, it won't go in "testing" until it uses the standard copy of libpurple.

Thanks,
Gabriele
