The patch changes the wording to "(no extra themes installed)" indicating that no additional themes are installed at the moment. It seemed a little strange to have the old message at the bottom of a list with several items already.
The box gets longer by this ofcourse, if the UI looks too strange in your eyes, just drop this patch.

I changed the names of the strings in order to ensure that the translators will notice the change in the meaning of the string.
