I ran into this with bug 954261 (bio 828).
I had to file it in "Instantbird UI / Other" and additionally I think we should be able to add the email adress of the localization team ("[e-mail]" in case of but 828) to the CC list or another, fitting, field.

I added a "Localization" component under the "Instantbird (UI)" product, but I didn't add any extra addresses to the CC list, do we still want to keep this open?

Do we need to do something here? Otherwise I'd close this bug soon.

We could add the l10n list, but I don't think that'd be appropriate, so I'll just close this if not.
