Regression from 0.2

After opening the account manager, accounts do not reorder (via drag 'n' drop or context menu) until after the account manager is closed and reopened.

Steps to reproduce:
Open the account manager
Drag an account to a different location
Nothing happens
Close the account manager
Reopen the account manager
The account is where you dragged it to

Expected behavior:
The account immediately moves to the dropped location
