The findbar doesn't update / search again for the given term when changing log files.

Expected behaviour: updates found/not found look of the find field, highlights first match or all if selected without further user interaction after changing a log file.

Sorry for the bugspam, but could someone add the platform bug as blocking the Instantbird tracking bug on BMO please? I'm lacking sufficient rights there and you need to be reporter of atleast one of the bugs to do so when having only basic permissions.

flo suggested we copy the code from http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mail/base/content/mailWindowOverlay.js#2921

Should be a simple patch if someone wants to tackle it. :)

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
