Currently, when I get a conversation invitation from an unknown user, I get the option to block that user before the conversation begins. However, there is no way to block a user once the conversation has begun. This is especially problematic when dealing with old accounts that a buddy may no longer use which has been hacked, or when an attacker has created accounts with similar names to a hacked account. You may think you are talking to a friend only to discover it is a hacked account, in which case there is no way to directly block the conversation in IB. I propose a context menu item for conversation tabs that blocks conversations. This could use the same API as the initial popup (which I think actually sets up the block through the parent client account such as Yahoo, etc... although it would probably be better if IB was able to have it's own block-list UI as well.

We have a (poorly worded) bug for this already, I'm adding the information to that one.
