rename dom/base/public/core to avoid CVS problems

Details
CVS default ignore rules include core (and from the fact that
DOM/base/public/idl/coreDOM didn't get deleted on an import, I think it ignores
anything starting with core). Also, people often add patterns like *.core to
~/.cvsignore
Please rename dom/base/public/core to something not starting with or ending in
"core".
(This came up because core was ignored when doing a cvs import on the 0.9.3
source into a local CVS tree, and the older directory coreDOM wasn't removed.)

Wontfix, IMO the amount of work involved in doing this outwheighs the gain, if
you're creating local repositiories, deal with it.
BTW, there are other files/directories that are named core, or contain core in
their name in our repository.

Ok. Note this might hit other things as well, like "cvs update core" doing
nothing (though that one seems to work - it may only be import/export or update
-j -j that have the problem). Minor though.

there is a alternative to update or commit to the cvs repository. this one does
not effect the product in anyway. verified as wont fix
