For some protocol plugins (eg Facebook's XMPP gateway), attempting to move a buddy from a tag to another will result in... nothing :(.

We should design something to workaround this brokenness so that the user-visible behavior in Instantbird keeps being what the user expects when removing a tag from a contact.

I've just verified that when a server hasn't accepted our change and moves the buddy back to where it was at the next connection there's no error or trouble, so given how intrusive a patch for this would be, I think it's better to not attempt to fix this for 0.3.
