Time bubbles doesn't like messages from the future and produces incorrect values for the margin in such a case (who could blame it for future messages:P).

"Warnung: Fehler beim Verarbeiten des Wertes fur 'margin-top'. Deklaration ignoriert. Quelldatei: chrome://instantbird/content/preferences/preferences.xul
Zeile: 0"

This can be seen on the messagetheme preview when the time of the day is before "10:43" (or what else was chosen for the fake-messages).

We need to either fix time bubbles or the messagepreview (or both).

We should probably fix time bubbles itself, depending on protocols and server/client time offsets, etc. it's probably possible to somehow get a message "from the future". :)
On the behalf of Florian:
Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
