If a contact has multiple buddies inside and the "preferred" buddy is not signed on; when the non-preferred buddy signs off, Instantbird switches the contact to first show the preferred buddy's name, then does the sign off transition. This is a little strange and I would expect it to just show the sign off transition.

STR:
You have a contact with buddy A and buddy B.
Only buddy B is signed on.
Buddy B signs off, the buddy list first changes the contact to show buddy A, then does the sign off transition

Expected behavior:
Buddy B signs off, the buddy list does the sign off transition.

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
