954436 - Smartly mark messages of open conversations as context messages

Messages of open conversations should become context messages after a certain amount of time of a conversation being focused (flo suggested five minutes).

It's possible we should also change messages to context messages when the conversation is focused for a shorter period and the tab is then changed (e.g. I look at a conversation for a minute, then switch to a new conversation).

Ideally we'd be able to animate to the SVG desaturated context message, but this doesn't seem possibly without "hacky JS code".

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
