"Commands: away, back, busy, dnd, help, offline, raw, say." only applies to IRC afaik. Should probably be modified in twitter to list the "follow" command et al.

It's still probably a good idea to include twitter commands (follow, unfollow, are there others?) in the /help list to make them more discoverable.

Also, per IRC, /raw might not apply to twitter after all (and "/raw <em>bold</em>" results in "An error (Status is a duplicate.) occurred while sending: bold").

Additional info via IRC: The error message was caused by twitter receiving the same tweet again within a short amount of time. So /raw just has no effect.

As you noted the status commands are global. A follow command is bug 954284 (bio 851). I think that's everything in this bug, reopen it if there's something more I missed.
