Copied from the log:
(06:23:15 PM) An error (Not found) occurred while sending: follow xyz
(06:23:22 PM) An error (Not found) occurred while sending: follow @xyz
(06:23:33 PM) An error (Not found) occurred while sending: /follow @xyz
(06:23:14 PM) You are now following xyz.

Note the timestamp suggesting that the first command (follow xyz) actually succeeded, yet produced an error message by mistake.

I should add "follow xyz" was entered manually rather than triggered via context menu.
