Suggestion: Merge that tab to the another window. This is also the behavior of Firefox tabs.
*** Original post on bio 1294 at 2012-02-28 14:41:09 UTC *** After discussion on IRC, this is with Vertical Tabs and works fine when you drop to the tab strip, but not onto the conversation. Dropping onto the conversation doesn't make sense and isn't a valid drop target, marking this as WORKSFORME. (Note this is the same behavior as Firefox, I just checked.)
