95483 - Hang when starting Mozilla with too many dialogs

Mozilla hangs when I start it with both navigator and mail window. The crash
hapens when mail wants to open the "I will clean up your folders as the wasted
space is bigger than something" (don't remember the exact wording). At the same
time PSM wants to serve me with the master password I need that for mail) and
navigator about the wrong directory and desktop integration (I start Mozilla
from my CVS directory, not the one in my profile). I am not sure if I need all
three to hang but the folder cleanup is a mst (I can check that starting any
build from before 8/13). This is on WindowsME, all CVS build after some time on
8/13.

This may be hard to reproduce. I have however a hunch this is caused by
bryners's checkin for bug 92210. As bryner is in hospital, I suggest giving it
to kin, who works now on another possible regression caused by this check-in
(bug 95243). I will back out the chech-in in the afternoon too see if it is the
reason. Therefore, I can alternatively take the bug myself, at least unil I
check the patch for 95243 against this problem.

No, the patch for bug 95243 did not fix the bug. Therefore it is not caused by
the recalled fix for bug 92210.

After more testing, I am sure this only happens when two modal windows (the
desktop integration warning and mail compact question) try to pop-up in short
sequence of each other.

The present situation is as follows (Mozilla 20011107):

Mozilla does not hang but the system inetgration warning is clipped to the
height of one of the other pop-up windows that compete for resources. The three
buttons are barely visible, you must know them by heart to choose the right one.
The "do not show it again" wigdet is completely hidden.

I downgrade the severity to Normal.

I think this should go to browser-general, as I see no evidence yet that event
handling is the culprit here. The  problem seems to have gotten better lately.
