954915 - "Account Manager" menu-item and its shortcut do nothing if account wizard is opened

The menuitem or the shortcut normally focus the account manager if it's already open. I think we should focus the account wizard if it's opened. Right now, nothing happens if it's open.
Just happened to me again that I tried the shortcut two or three times before realizing that the account wiazrd was blocking me again on a new profile (the account manager and wizard were hidden behind other window at this moment).

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird. The user interface of instant messaging in Thunderbird will feel familiar, as the Thunderbird IM support started as a fork of Instantbird.
