From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010802
BuildID: 2001080214
When a page contains an OBJECT element whose DATA is handled by a plug-in under
Mozilla, and that OBJECT is styled to be larger than the window, the scrollbars
do not work effectively.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the attached PDF or Flash testcases whose OBJECT's are styled to be 200%
by 200%.
2. Attempt to scroll vertically or horizontally
Actual Results: Scrolling seems to start to work, but doesn't actually occur;
the content remains stationary, with some display anomalies occurring.
Expected Results: The content area should have scrolled as requested.
The testcase containing a QuickTime movie seems to scroll properly, but the
actual movie is not resized, only the containing block; the movie itself remains
at its' intrinsic size.

This works fine in Netscape 6.1 on Win32 but fails on IE 6. So I guess it's Mac
specific? Could be fixed with my recent patch to bug 27478.

The checkin for bug 76085 fixes the Shockwave testcase. The QuickTime testcase
also appears to work correctly. The PDF test case still fails totally.

Unfortunately, now the PDF testcase fails to load the PDF at all, much less
allow correct scrolling. (Mac/2002020405, 0.9.8)

I'm minusing this based on ADT triage. Please convince us otherwise -- we're
overloaded with Netscape-required fixes.

Using FizzillaCFM/2002070913 to play the Flash testcase, sound is played but
nothing at all is drawn visually.

Retesting using FizzillaMach/2003020603, all testcases now work properly.
