Example: You tag contacts in "facebook friends", i.e. "My BFFs" and remove original fb tag..

Exit program..

Launch program..

"facebook friends" is full again, no other tag remembered :(

This is an issue with the Facebook XMPP server, not with Instantbird.  They don't let you change groups from XMPP, you have to log into the website.
