the username and password entry fields are not lined up properly. the "i forgot
my password" link is also misaligned.

Plus if you save the url localy, when you type in user name and password, and
then click the login button the whole box is moving towards the left!

the I forgot my password link has to be misaligned: the div margin of -15px
creates a overlap.
