Scrolling looks so much better when smooth scrolling is enabled. I think we should enable it by default if nothing (preformance reasons) speaks against it. Fx 17 also has it enabled by default (no idea when they made this change, though).

Closing bugs related to the Instantbird UI as WONTFIX, as the development of the standalone chat client Instantbird has stopped. Instantbird users are encouraged to migrate to Thunderbird.
