This page has a register button below the agreement section.  In NS 4.61 the
button draws the first time the mouse passes over it.  In WarpZilla, the button
does not draw and the page acts as though the button does not exist.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Browse page
2.Look for Register button
3.

Actual Results:  No button.

Expected Results:  Expected to see button.

This is not OS/2 specific. I see this on Windows.

On 4.x and IE, the button displays, on Moz it does not
