The tags in the new tooltips should be shown on the first line below the tooltip header, with the tag icon (same icon as used on the awesome-tab) at its right-hand end being aligned with the protocol icon above it.

I was thinking of aligning the 'Tag' icon with the status icon, not the protocol icon.
