I think after IB 1.0 milestone and localized website, it's time to localize AMO.

Marking this as new. It seems that remora is localized already: http://hg.instantbird.org/websites/remora/file/tip/site/app/locale but we're not using it.

As much as I would like us to have all user-facing websites localized, I'm afraid this isn't worth the effort. Changing anything in Remora is a pain. IIRC we explicitly disabled l10n in it because the localizable strings had coded things like "Mozilla Foundation" and "Firefox".
